1. About Us

RATI & ROSE ("we", "us", "our") is a jewellery and fashion brand operated from Sahaganj, Agra, Uttar Pradesh - 282010. We sell premium anti-rust jewellery jewellery, romantic dresses, Robe & More , soft toys and occasion-wise gift combos across India.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colours, materials and sizes accurately. However:

Actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography lighting.
All jewellery is made from anti-rust silver/silver-plated material unless stated otherwise.
Sizes are approximate — please refer to size guides where provided.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price you pay.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
We accept all major UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, COD (select pincodes), and EMI options via our payment partners.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to availability and pincode serviceability.
Orders once placed cannot be modified but may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

5. Delivery

We offer free pan-India delivery on orders above ₹799.
Standard delivery: 5–8 business days. Express available for select pincodes.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure.
RATI & ROSE is not responsible for wrong addresses provided by customers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery for defective/damaged products.
Products must be unused, unworn and in original packaging.
Customised or personalised products are non-returnable.
Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after return receipt.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, product descriptions, design and text — is the exclusive property of RATI & ROSE. Reproduction, redistribution or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RATI & ROSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value paid by you.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
