Return Policy

You can returnm only Damaged and wrong items within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags and accessories must be intact
• Return request must be raised within 15 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order ID) required

Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or personalised jewellery (engraved names, custom sizes)
• Wearing apparel (like dresses) for hygiene reasons
• Items damaged by misuse or improper care
• Items in which hygiene matters.
• Gift cards
• Items marked "Final Sale"

How to Return

  Share photos of the product and packaging

  We'll approve your return within 24 hours and provide the return address

  Pack & ship the item securely. Share the tracking number with us

  Refund processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the item

Refund Methods

• Online payments: Refunded to original payment method within 7–10 business days
• UPI/Bank Transfer: Refunded within 5–7 business days
• COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI (share details when requesting)
• Store credit: Can be issued as discount codes if preferred

Exchange Policy

Want a different size or design? We offer free exchanges within 3 days. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange.

Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective item or wrong product:

• WhatsApp a photo/video immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
• We will send a replacement at no extra cost
• Or provide a full refund including original shipping charges
