Our jewellery is made from high-quality Anti-rust or silver-plated alloy with an anti-rust, anti-tarnish coating. It's designed to maintain its shine with regular wear.

Avoid contact with water, perfume and chemicals. Store in the pouch provided. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Remove before swimming or bathing.

We provide detailed size information on each product page. For rings, we recommend measuring your finger size before ordering. Exchanges are available for sizing issues.

We photograph products in natural light to show accurate colours. However, slight variations may occur due to your screen settings.

Each combo specifies its contents on the product page. Typically: jewellery piece + dress/soft toy + personalised gift card, all in premium gift packaging.

Standard delivery: 5–8 business days. Express delivery (select cities): 2–3 business days. For remote areas, it may take up to 12 business days.

Yes! Free pan-India delivery on orders above ₹799. A small shipping fee applies for orders below this.

Yes, once your order is shipped you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Use it to track on the courier's website.

15-day return policy for unused, undamaged products in original packaging. Defective products get a full refund or free replacement. See our Returns Policy for details.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect.
