Delivery Charges

Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• Personalised gift cards and custom jewellery may require an additional 1–2 days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your package on the courier partner's website.

Common courier partners:Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post (for remote areas).

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all PIN codes across India including tier-2 and tier-3 cities. For remote/restricted areas, delivery may take up to 12 business days.

International Shipping

Gift Packaging

Premium gift packaging is available for just ₹50 per order. Your items will arrive in a beautiful satin-lined gift box with a personalised card. Select this option at checkout.

Failed Delivery Attempts

• If delivery is attempted and failed, the courier will try 2 more times.
• After 3 failed attempts, the order returns to our warehouse.
• You may request re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or a refund minus shipping costs.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

• Take photos/video of the package and products immediately

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund
